Welcome to Gold Stars! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gold Stars mobile application ("App") operated by Gold Stars ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Gold Stars, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gold Stars. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Gold Stars, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gold Stars only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use the App to distribute spam or malicious content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App (tasks, rewards, photos). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and display it as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

6. Partner Connections

Gold Stars allows you to connect with partners via invite codes. You are responsible for only sharing invite codes with people you trust. Both partners can see shared tasks, rewards, and activity within the circle.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Gold Stars offers free and premium subscription tiers. If you purchase a premium subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Disclaimers

Gold Stars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or partners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Stars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
